  • 4 slices of chocolate chip brioche
  • 75 milligrams chocolate milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • icing sugar, for dusting
Description

A twist on traditional French Toast using chocolate chip brioche baked in the oven

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC

  2. Tear up the brioche into small chunks and divide between two individual casserole dishes

  3. Whisk together the egg, chocolate milk and cinnamon

  4. Pour over the brioche

  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes

  6. Dust with icing sugar before serving
