Apple Infused Tea

My recipe for Apple Infused Tea is perfect for this cold weather. If you enjoy fruity teas then you should try making some for yourself. It doesn't take long and only requires a few ingredients.

Add your sliced apples and a couple of cinnamon sticks to some water and leave to infuse on the stove for 20 minutes.

This recipe also allows you to adjust the sweetness of your tea. It tastes great as is but if you have a sweet tooth you can add a little honey when serving.

I've only ever made an apple and cinnamon version of thus but I must experiment with some new flavours. I'm thinking a berry or spiced orange version would be good.
