Description

Popcorn is a healthy snack that is quick and easy to put together - try out my recipe for Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g popcorn kernels
  • 60 g butter
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan melt the butter over a medium heat

  2. Stir in the icing sugar, cinnamon and olive oil

  3. Pour in the popcorn kernels and stir until they are coated

  4. Cover the saucepan with a lid

  5. Remove from the heat once the popping of the kernels slows down

  6. Allow to cool slightly and then serve
