Homemade popcorn is a great snack to make and Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn is one of my favourites. Not just for movie nights this snack is more versatile and is ready in ten minutes.

Popcorn is a healthy snack that is quick and easy to put together - try out my recipe for Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn.



  1. In a large saucepan melt the butter over a medium heat

  2. Stir in the icing sugar, cinnamon and olive oil

  3. Pour in the popcorn kernels and stir until they are coated

  4. Cover the saucepan with a lid

  5. Remove from the heat once the popping of the kernels slows down

  6. Allow to cool slightly and then serve
