Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe or this delicious Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake. It's been longer than planned since I posted on here. A combination fo being busy at work and putting a load of effort into rebuilding my free from recipe website. Hopefully in the next few weeks I should have more time to write up and share the recipes I have with you all.

Preheat the oven to 160 oC
Grease a 10cm by 20cm rectangle flan tin
Mix together the crushed biscuits and melted butter
Press into the flan tin base and up the edges
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes and then set aside to cool
Whisk the whipping cream until light and fluffy
Whisk in the icing sugar and cream cheese
Fold in the melted dark chocolate and chopped Ferrero RocherĀ
Spread on to the cooled biscuit base
Top with the remaining Ferrero Rocher and a drizzle of melted dark and white chocolate
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving
