Since it has been snowing here for the last day or so I thought it was time to share a winter warmer recipe for Chicken and Lentil Stew.
It doesn’t take long to put together, about 40 minutes. This recipe can easily be prepped ahead and reheated if you are short on time.
It is packed full of chicken, peppers, onion, courgette, lentils and chorizo. I’ve also added in some garlic, smoked paprika and a little chilli so the dish is really packed with flavour.
I’ve been working on a few new recipes for the dinner section of my new website. Over the next few days I’ll add in recipes for:
- Prawn Red Thai Curry
- Moroccan Pilaf
- Chicken Dhansak
- Coriander and Coconut Salmon
I’ll be uploading plenty more recipes to the dinner section so if you liked my Chicken and Lentil Stew recipe you check out other ideas here: Dinner.
