Triple Chocolate Cookies

Hello everyone, I definitely need a coffee and one of these delicious Triple Chocolate Cookies right now. As well as lockdown we now have a fair amount of snow. So much so that my usual Wednesday night weekly shopping delivery was cancelled.

I trudged through the snow to the local shop to buy some milk – I can’t do without my morning cappuccino! I’ve challenged myself to make do with what I have in the freezer.

So far I haven’t done that bad, I’ve made and will share the recipes for the following:

  • Red Thai Sweet Potato Soup
  • Chocolate Swirl Bread
  • Cherry Chocolate Chip Granola
  • Coconut curry with Chicken Meatballs

I made these Triple Chocolate Cookies with my niece a few weekends ago. They were definitely a hit – the perfect balance of crisp outside edge and chewy soft centre.
