bruschetta pinit

Hello everyone, my latest light bite recipe is for Tomato and Basil Bruschetta. I like to make my bruschetta with ciabatta bread but you can use whatever bread suits your preferences.

Other Light Bites

I’ve been working away on a few new recipes for Light Bites. In the next couple of weeks I’ll add in a lovely Thai Veggie Noodle Bowl recipe and a Traditional Chicken Soup. I’m also working on a new recipe for twice baked potatoes and some homemade sausage rolls.

You can get into the kitchen straight away and make one of my other light bite recipes:

Hope you find some new cooking inspiration and ideas.
