Hello everyone, I’m sharing another prep ahead breakfast recipe for delicious Blueberry Chia Pudding. Chia seeds are packed full of fibre and protein making them a healthy start to your day. If I’m having this for breakfast I usually prep it on a Sunday night and have the chia pudding for breakfast on Monday and Wednesday. You can then top it with whatever you like – I usually go with a little yoghurt and a few berries.
